Why you need it
Most defects aren’t hidden. Nobody told you where to look.
You’ve waited years for this home. Then handover day comes, the builder’s team hurries you through in twenty minutes, and you sign. Three months later the bathroom floor won’t drain, a balcony tile sounds hollow, the AC drain leaks into the wall, and the builder calls it usage damage.
This kit is the checklist Nikhita uses on her own projects. It’s written in plain language, so you don’t need any technical background. For every item it tells you what to check and how: tap tiles with a coin, pour a bucket of water to test the floor slope, run the AC for fifteen minutes, use a socket tester. Then it helps you record each defect and send it to your builder in writing.
