Coloraza is an interior-design learning platform offering online courses, guides and design inspiration. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at coloraza@gmail.com.

We only collect what we need to run the service and respond to you:

• Details you give us — your name, email and phone number when you submit the contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, take a quiz, or enrol in a course.
• Enrolment records — for students, the course purchased along with the billing details needed to issue an invoice.
• Instagram metrics — if you use the Engagement Rate Calculator and connect Instagram, the metrics are stored only in a short-lived cookie on your own device (see “Instagram data” below). We do not keep them on our servers.
• Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends, such as your IP address, used to keep the site secure and working.

We use the information above to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the courses or resources you request;
• send you the updates or newsletters you have signed up for;
• follow up on quizzes and course interest where you have shared your details;
• issue invoices and keep records for enrolled students; and
• maintain, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate the site. Your data is shared with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service:

• Google Firebase / Firestore — stores our content and your submissions.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Gmail — sends transactional and notification emails.

Pages may also include links or embeds from Amazon, Instagram and YouTube. When you follow an Amazon link we may earn a small affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to function — for example, keeping you signed in to the admin area, and the short-lived cookie used by the Engagement Rate Calculator. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

If you connect Instagram to the Engagement Rate Calculator, your metrics are saved only as a cookie on your device and expire automatically within 7 days. You can remove them instantly by clicking Disconnect on the ER Calculator page. Coloraza does not store any Instagram account data on its servers.

We keep the details you provide for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every newsletter. To make a request, email coloraza@gmail.com and we will respond.

Our courses and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
